OLD MUTUAL FAILS TO PAY DISINVESTMENT (braai money)

Me and my brothers (3) are having major difficulties receiving payment of our disinvestment!!! We started the process by the 4/12/19 as per the instructions received and the requested documentation submitted. After a week, we received SMS that one or another’s information is outstanding and should be submitted...then we do exactly that and yesterday we had to also resubmit and request that our attempts all be consolidated as per the CEB codes. Im tired, like we wanted to use the small investment for a braai tomorrow now we cant even count on it!
