Old mutual failing to reverse my money

I have been struggling since yesterday to reverse R1000 that I sent to a wrong beneficiary, I've been calling and calling and I am now told it will be resolved after 2-3 days.... What's the use cause by then the person would had received and used the money already.!!!

What kind of service is bidvest giving... This is bad, how can it take that long to reverse the money? This is soo unacceptable because I expect them to protect my money and be able to reverse in cases like this
