OLD MUTUAL FAILING TO PAY MY CLAIM

Old mutual has ****ed me , i took a cover for my mom & dad , and i went to claim when my dad pass away, i was told the consultant who helped me open the cover made me a sponsor and made my mom the main member. and i was told my mom should be the one claiming the cover, i took her to southgate branch and she signed all the docs needed and provided all paper work. today morning i get an email from them that they wont be paying the cover because my mother remarried and my cover falls away. what a **** is this after so much i paid for this cover and now they telling me my money went down the drain. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY FROM OLD MUTUAL
