Old Mutual Failing To Pay Back Endowment Plan
My father opened an Endowment Plan at Old Mutual on 1992 in which the investment was supposed to be matured by the time he turned 65, the plan matured in 2019 but when he was supposed to redeem the payback they sent him from pillar to post & the past week he went to Old Mutual office branch in Pretoria they gave him a printout to show that his account is still active but when they had to assist him with the cash out they neglected him.
You are our last resort on this matter as he is an elderly citizen and feel he is being taken advantage of.

It was not resolved at all. Till to this day they still owe him and they saying their records does not show that they owe him money.
