old mutual failing me and taking my pension money that i have saved for 24 years.

<p>i took a retirement policy called Flexi pension with old mutual in 1993 September the 1st, my initial premium was R60, 00 per month and it increased throught the years to R1400.00 per month to date. two months back (february 2017) i received a call from old mutual advisor Notifying me that my policy is no longer active. I explained to him that old mutual is still deducting their monthly premiums as agreed and i was never been told the reason why my policy was no longer active. this policy was due to mature next year 2018 September. i would like to know why did old mutual not inform me in time if the was any problems with my policy and if the was what was that problem Because they still deducting R1400 even last month the debited my ABSA account.</p> <p>i have been pay my premiums for 24 years, i have never heard any communication from old mutual informing me about my policy being inactive. why is old mutual wanting to rob me. my policy is on the maturity stage next year 2018. this is my pension money that i have saved from 1993 till now.</p>
