Old Mutual Failed to pay me for the funeral policy claim

Last month on the 22nd of February I lost a parent my mother.I went to Old Mutual at Bridge City Branch in Durban I file for a funeral policy claim as I covered both my parents to prepare for the times like this.But old mutual had failed me to pay my mother's last respect with dignity.I was promised that the money will be paid to my account within 48 hours after claim but till today no payment has been made to my account.
