Old Mutual failed again
I dont think Old Mutual desreves even 1 star. How can they tell me that they can only process my claim on the 1st of April when I turned 55 on the 10th March because the system will only see that I am 55 on the 1st April. Are they now changing my birthdate and the excuse of an old policy was never mentioned when they said I can only take 1/ 3
