Old mutual fail me and send attorney to threaten me daily and send my personal information without my concern

I write this because old mutual decided to share my information to another company called mooney Ford attorneys without my concern it stems of popi act they are allowed to share my information without my concern I have a loan with them previous they said I must took a life cover that in case anything happen the life cover will pay a loan I did after I settled the loan my money didn't come back again I took a loan with a life again if anything happen old mutual will take their money now they send my info to attorney without my information the attorney busy threatening me day and night email messages on a daily basis am tired now old mutual asked me can we share your information I said no why now busy sharing my personal details I need old mutual to return all my money for that life cover I was paying for 5 years then we can can talk and they must tell those attorney I dnt have business with them those threatening message started to irritate me I dnt know them I dnt have a business with them I never share information with them that's all
