Old Mutual 👎🏾

While I was busy watching a game 2 Sundays ago I received an sms saying $10 was authorised from my account to WORLD VISION DONATION, and I didn’t authorise that transaction(that’s a lot of money by the way). I contacted Old Mutual, cancelled my card and got a new one. Now they’re telling me to call that organisation to ask them to give my money back and if they don’t I should get some other document from them concerning that transaction.

🛑ISN’T THAT WHAT OLD MUTUAL SUPPOSED TO DO?🛑 Why should it be me doing all the work? They’re supposed to protect my money from ****mers👎🏾
