Old Mutual

Like so many times before, I have tried to contact Old Mutual with no luck. I have spent most my airtime minutes on trying to get someone to just answer a query. My conclusion is that Old Mutual is not what they used to be when I started investing . Can someone just clarify this, please.Be very careful when investing your hard earned money. (about one year ago, I had the same problem)
