Old Mutual - Extremely Bad Service

I am very apalled by the service I am getting from Old Mutual. My mom had a life policy for more than 35 years with them. My mom had passed away. We logged a claim on 20/03/23 and to date we have not been paid out. Old Mutual comes back to us after a month requesting documents. We submitted all the documentation and called in 2 days later and was told that we should wait for 10 working days. This is totally unacceptable that we must wait when old Mutual was sleeping on the job. I called and asked to speak to a manager. I was on the call for almost an hour . I was told the manager is not there. I left a message for the manager to call me. He did not call me. How is that for service?
