Belinda Hunt's prompt escalation to my elderly mother (who is very ill), was almost instant and proffesional with kindness and empathy and follow ups.

The service provided was on the dot. Constant and prompt communication and doing her best to assist within the legislation was phenomenal.

I must include that my mother who has been with Old Mutual for over 25 years should be entitled to her mòney that has accumulated tremendously. This should be addressed in her time of dire need need which is now and not when she is not here anymore.

However the speedy escalation and feedback from this Belinda helped restore some faith in humanity for my mom and I.

These skills and foĺlow through troublesome times is what we all need more of these days. Capable people and honesty goes a long way.
