Old Mutual, Esta Lydenburg branch *********** with pensions

We trusted a woman at Old Mutual Lydenburg branch to invest my pension so that I can be paid a monthly "salary" as well as invest the rest so I can only afford to live in a caravan with tent for the rest of my life. My wife and I are blown by the little pension I got. I requested this woman, Esta, to change my banking details and she insisted that I open a account with Old Mutual Bank, which I did. I sent her all the documentation she requested, with the new Old Mutual bankaccount more than a month before payment. To my disgust I found that my money was paid into the wrong account, because she did not do her job and never followed up if it was done or not. I cant pay my rent or policy and cannot buy food. BECAUSE SHE DID NOT DO HER JOB!!!! I HAVE NO MONEY AND SHES THROWING THIS BALL TO US TO SOLVE!!! If I knew this beforehand, I wouldve invested my money at another institution. I insist that a new payment be done in my new account, and should be taken off her salary. My rent is due now!! I have no other money anywhere. This is ***** we trusted her with our life savings, now its gone. My money MUST be in today by Esta at Lydenburg branch because she did not do her job! I have proof of conversations on whatsapp.
