Old Mutual Eshowe Branch Saga

I am very disappointed with the Old Mutual Eshowe Branch. My mother, aged 56 years was deceived by a consultant called by the name of Thobani Qwabe who opened an account for my mother without her knowledge. He went as far as signing on behalf of my mother without her approval or consent. When my mother went to open a complaint at the branch they blatantly refused, citing that she needed to speak to the consultant (Thobani Qwabe) who tried to smooth talk her, saying that he was doing her a "favour" since my mother doesn't afford. I called the branch this afternoon and I spoke to a gentleman who said they didn't know Thobani Qwabe he is a teacher who used to be a client. I am highly disappointed. To this day, we can't close the account.
