Old Mutual Education investment plan

I've requested for my future invest for education policy statement, as I want to cancel this policy, I was at the branch and they couldn't assist me with a statement which is a big inconvenient on my side. Secondly I do not understand why the amount I need to get back/withdraw is way less than what I invested, How you are comfortable ****ming me off my hard earned money which is meant for my child's education is sad , Hope you get back to me because I'm not happy.
