Old Mutual *****
Hi I been a client of Old Mutual for the past few years,I have 2 funeral policies for my mother and mother inlaw ,problem i have is that they are ****** and my broker are useless he has a better lie after another, they take double deductions and if not so its thripple deductions, I emailed and phoned them multiple times ,you wait up to 40 minutes to speak to someone and get cut,service is pathetic and its *****,I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them,so sad for such a big company
