Old Mutual Easiplus is not so good

I am so disappointed in Old Mutual. I have 2 policies with them off which the one for my mother they stopped deducting premiums on without my knowledge or instructing them too. I received an SMS informing me on Monday and was shocked because all along I thought my mother is covered with them. I always have funds in my account and the other policy is still active. They never informed me on the first missed premium, so I guess this must have been a systematic error. Please look into this Old Mutual.
