OLD MUTUAL: EASILY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE UNDER THE SUN

Old Mutual provides the worst customer service. My mother initiated an payout from her investment policy more than a year ago, on the 16th of August 2021. She since passed away on the 8th of Augusts 2022. Despite making several enquiries at the branch offices, as well multiple calls to the call centers, our case is no where near resolution. We have escalated to the internal arbitration office, and they simply registered a claim on the 12th oof November 2022. To date NOTHING has been done on the claim. This is easily the worst service we have ever experienced!
