OLD MUTUAL early debit order
I specifically instructed Old Mutual to debit me MONTH END. Who authorised you to debit me on the 20th ? Does it matter or you will just do as you please ?

We have investigated and find that your Greenlight policy premium is being paid on the 20th of the month since 2009.
We have therefore been deducting on the 20th of the month for 10 years as per your instruction.
