Old mutual

I am having so much trouble trying to with draw money from my old mutual saving plan. I have tried calling the customer care number and now one answer. After the voice prompt it just drops. The financial advisor is ignoring my calls and she reads my wats app messages but do not respond She told me it will take to week to withdraw my money and I'm still waiting for my money. I don't know what to do because I'm getting no help from old mutual customer care. I can't get hold of anyone from the call centre and the financial advisor that was assigned to me said that there will be no waiting period if I need to draw money. I am very unhappy with the service that I'm receiving and miss leading information. I was told that my money if needed will be available within 24hour and now that I'm trying to get my money they say 14 working day. 14days has passed and I still have not received my money. What to I do now can someone please help me
