Old Mutual - drop calls
I keep on getting calls from Old Mutual. When i answer the call gets dropped. Does this not constitute harrasment? What is this "prank calling" about? I expected more from a financial institution. Please sort out your call centers. The numbers that called me is : *** On 31 July 2023 12:39 then again at 15:18 and today 01 August 2023 10:18. Also from *** on 27 Jul 09:14, 29 Jul 2023 -11:13 and 01 August 2023 at 08:53. ***!! Why am i being called like this? And why when i answer is the calls dropped?

05 Aug 2023, 12:18I am still getting calls from old mutual after you told me i was removed from your database. Why am i still being called? *** got a call from this number today at 10:54. As per usuall upon answering the call gets dropped. According to the CPA if i am correct financial institutions are not suppose to be making cold calls...yet here we are.
