Old Mutual drama again!!

I took out 2 policies from old mutual, only to find out a few months later that the guy who sold me the policies wasnt even an insurance broker, was not affiliated to old mutual in any way (at that time, apparently he had been investigated and found guilty a few years ago). So an acquaintance who's mom passed away, tried to claim. She was also sold the policies by the same gentleman. She chose to complain via the formal route, and when she asked if her policies were valid and if her beneficiaries would be paid out if she passed away, a Regional Manager of old mutual said that old mutual would use the fact that the policies were sold to her by the aforementioned ********* to not pay out - i am in possession of said email. So basically old mutual has no problem insuring you, even if your policy is processed by a known ********. But they just wont pay out, leaving your loved ones in the dark after you pass. They are ***** and cheats and i will make sure i get back all the premiums i paid. When i tried cancelling the policies sold to me by the *********,they just pass you around from pilllar to post, they will even go as far as making you believe you are in the wrong.
