Old mutual don't want to surrender my Retirement annuity
Old Mutual. MR CLEMENT PILLAY. Dear Valued Customer Legislation allow Retirement Annuity products that are paid-up with a portfolio value of less than R7000 to be surrendered. This policy does not qualify because <<the policy is active>>. We are therefore unable to process your request.. Tel ***. Quote this *** After giving the run around since 30August2020 ***, GSENQ***, CEA***, CEA***, CEA*** Making 10 calls to the call centre, Please suurender my policy and pay my money in my account, cause is under R7000.my number ***
