Old Mutual don't want to pay Premiums Back Benefits

I have five funeral policies with Old Mutual which state that after 36 months I should get paid the portion of my premiums back. Since I took the policies about nine years back the insurer only paid me the premiums back benefits in 2019. Last year I was only paid R700 which I believe was only for one of my policies and I was told that the other benefits are due this year. After enquiring about the benefit this year, I was told I don't have any premiums back benefits due to me without any explanation.
