Old Mutual don't want to give me my money.
I submitted partial withdrawal forms to Old mutual for my tax free savings plans on the 2nd of October 2018. Its is mow the 13th of October and they have yet to give me me my money. It is nearly 2 weeks now that i have to wait for them to pay me what belongs to me. Everytime I phone they give me the same stupid line that it takes 7 to 15 working days for them to process. What nonsense is that. Everywhere else is take about 4 working days to process. This is unacceptable. I JUST WANT MY MONEY.
