Old mutual dont have time for you, only your money

Dear old mutual. I tried to make contact with you on your official whatsapp channel, almost 5 hours now with no reply from an agent. Are you there? Can i expect the same delay when me or my family make a claim? You bombard me with spam emails but when i need to inquire about my policy the silence is deafening. If the whatsapp channel is not functional please remove it as a means of communication.
