Old Mutual - don't email me, I won't call you

I received an unsolicited email from an Elize Botha (unittrusts) - clearly an automated database. I don't do business with Old Mutual and have never opted in for any communication. There is also no unsubcribe option. Sending a request gets an automated "no-response" email and to actually complain to someone at Old Mutual, I would have to fill in virtually my entire financial history. How long can these guys still get away with spamming us.
