Old Mutual Don't Cover Stillborn Funeral

On the 12th of July, I gave birth to a stillborn baby girl. On the 21st of July, I submitted a funeral claim for her as I would like to have her cremated. I submitted the claim via the Whats App chat function. I received a message to say my claim is being processed. After a few days I still haven't received any communication from them, no phone call, email or anything. So I followed up and was told it is still being processed. I then went ahead this week to follow up again and was then told by the agent that Old Mutual do not cover stillbirths. Yet I have a brochure about Family Funeral Cover which states that it does. I would really like for someone to contact me to explain this.
