Old mutual don't care about customers and does not deliver on what they promise. Stay far away from them.

Don't trust any product old mutual offers. They don't follow through on promises. My mom passed away close to 2 months ago and they still haven't paid out despite advertising that they pay out in 48 hours/maximum 15 days. After countless calls and emails they still can't provide us with a update. All our documents and reports are in and my mom passed away from natural causes, yet nothing. We have only been met with insensitivity, lack of ownership and disrespect. If this is not resolved today we will hand the matter over to our legal team.
