Old mutual dont answer calls or reply to mails
Trying to contact Old Mutual as I have an urgent query, called the 2 different 0860 numbers and held on for over 15 minutes each time, just to be cutoff or the call resets to the first options. tried leaving a complaint and received an SMS to call the 0860 line. I think Old Mutual has become to big and cannot offer personal service, I think its time I go to another insurance company and request all my retirement funding be moved.
