OLD MUTUAL DOESN'T WANT TO PAYOUT- THEY REQUEST THE SAME DOCUMENTS OVER AND OVER AGAIN

Hello Peter. Old mutual is delaying payout. There is not communication from them, the only communique they send is a threatening sms to close the claim. I have to be the one doing followups with them and only then do they say there is outstanding documents whereas even the documents they are claiming to be outstanding have been submitted countless times. old mutual has alot of stories when it's time for them payout. Till this day there is not even a single payment received of all 6 different policies my mom has with them. I think this is their strategy for beneficiaries to give up so they can pocket the money. I will bless the day we receive my mother's monies from old mutual. I have always had stories from other people about how bad investing with old mutual is. If you still new with them, I recommend you cancel before you regret it when you six feet underground and your children which you invested for sleep with an empty stomach waiting for old mutual to payout.

I am close to exhausting my leave days at work because I ha e to constantly go to old mutual to followup and submit the same documents over and over again.

Please help me and my family Hello Peter. We are tired of begging odl mutual for my mother's investments and policies.
