Old Mutual doesn't want to give me money
Old mutual is a big ******* and very unprofessional I made withdrawal on my account on 4th of June 2022 till today my money hasn't been paid yet. I went to Wynberg branch Sartuday they said they will escalate the matter. Been calling head office the holiday they kept on saying they will escalate it as well. Till now no body has contacted me, I was supposed to be In EC the previous weekend but I couldn't go because I Old Mutual is still holding my money. Very unprofessional and inconsistent.
