Old mutual doesn't wanna give me my investment

I'm having issues with my policy I've been paying since 2017 but paying under a wrong ID number when I layed a complain about it they keep telling me to go to police station and make and affidavit I did that and when I say it's they send me another message to go to my bank and ask for a letter that shows that my ID has never changed I did that and now they telling me to go to home affairs I'm tired of this and they keep taking money from my account just because I wanted to withdraw money from there investments they giving me accuses please help me to get my money from old mutual and one of the stuff was rude to me she put a phone on the side after some time she told me there is nothing they can do her name is PHAKAMISA NCOLOMBA she was very rude
