Old Mutual doesn't pay out money

I cancelled my investment ***9 on the 28th of Oct at 09h35 to address ***, with all the documents requested, and the affidavit. The application form states that the money will be paid the next day if the forms are sent before 16h00. To date I have not received my money! They are quick to put debitorders through, but for anyone thinking to invest or do business with them, I fear that it is not wise to select them for anything. I want my investment as stated, and to be paid asap!
