Old Mutual doesnt know how to calculate tax diective

I have been waiting for Old Mutual to amend my SARS tax returns since the 17 Jan 2019. SARS advised that Old Mutual used the wrong code when submitting my tax directive. I am unable to obtain clearance from SARS as I am selling my house and Old Mutual does not seems to be interested in sorting out the problem. I have been threatened every day by SARS that they are going to issue a warrant of execution as I need to pay them R60 000 due to Old Mutual error which they not fixing. Pls can someone sort this out as it is causing me endless sleepless nights as I submitted all the corrections that SARS required.
