Old Mutual doesn't give service.

It's been four weeks since I have been to a walk in office in Somerset West! I have requested several items of information, one is a new copy of my contract taken out in 1996 since my original been damaged. I was told it couldn't be found on the system and needs to be requested. Yet they can take my money diligently every month via a debit order. You are not just investing money, but also paying them for service and security of your finances. I do not have any doubt that Old Mutual is just *****ing my money and I need to retrieve it.
