Old Mutual doesn't care about the little guy

Been with Old Mutual for quite a number of years now. Only twice had someone bother to come see me. When the yearly review came, I got emailed documents to ask I must read it and decide what I want to do. Now I'm not a scientist, but surely that's why I get YOU to help me with decisions like this. Further more the policy I took out all these years ago, did NOTHING! Now that I'm moving to Liberty, they having issues with getting my money from Old Mutual.

Funny how every month Old Mutual is very happy to take my little bit (cause apparently it's only the big money that matter in this company) but when I want to move MY money, they have issues. Here is the thing Old Mutual, if you did your job and actually gave a **** about me, I'd have stayed with you.
