Old Mutual doesn't want my money!

I was contacted last week by Shannen and was told I can't stop my current debit order and start putting more money into another scheme with Old Mutual which is highly irritating! Not only that but when I asked for a comparison between the interest rate I'm currently getting compared to the new fund I want to start she took several days to get back to me and still was not able to answer my question. What is going on? Surely she should know her products on offer.
