Old Mutual Does not Want to pay claims
ive been trying to get a claim form Old mutula for over 2 weeks - ive phoned, mailed, used website, logged complaints and to date NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE - all i need is a clam form

17 Aug 2020, 10:36thank you for the prompt feedback - I have completed the documents and returned them - since then I have left numerous messages and made a number of attempts to phone your call centre to conform that my documents have been received and claim is being processed - but yet to get any response ....its really sad that your clients have to come here to contact your business - what poor service !!!!!!
