Old Mutual does not want to give me my money
I opened up 2 tax free investments for my kids with Old Mutual online, I did not receive policy docs or anything but they started debiting my account on a monthly basis. I have tried what app, the app, phone calls as well as visitng their offices 3 times but I am still not assisted, I want close the accounts because it's struggle, it is my money and not Old Mutuals money.
