Old Mutual does not want to cancel my policy and to refund me my money

I have been trying to cancel an OLD MUTUAL MAX INVESTMENTS policy from July 2021. I sent the required letter and it has been quiet since, I have sent numerous emails to get progress on the refund and Nothing. I called in today only to find out that Tiffany did not put through my cancellation and she did not send me the cancellation documentation. The policy debit for this month has gone through which is absolutely ridiculous. I want out of this ****** policy and to get refunded. Your call center is equally a mess they out you on hold forever!!!
