Old Mutual does not respond to queries on fund claims
They do not respond, they send you from.pillar to post when you just want answers concerning your moneys

All I want is to know how my recalculation differs from your calculation. The difference is significant and yet no one seems to understand how you calculate clients benefits!

I feel like I am being a nuisance to a lady (Coleen) who tried to assist me with connecting me with people she thought were going to help.
Unfortunately, the people are proving other wise. I was told to deal with the people directly but still, i send emails I get automated responses and no one comes back to me.
Clearly there were errors in the calculation of my benefits and no one seems prepared to resolve their mistakes which have cost me a lot of money.
If anyone can advise me how to proceed with this I will be grateful. I can even share my calculations on this platform which prove the source of my queries if I could get closure on this matter.
