Old Mutual does not respond to customer - continues to deduct monies.

I have been trying to reach Old Mutual since I have taken out life cover via their online application process, in March 2020. Due to lock down measures I was unable to do the HIV test, but was assured that the testing will be arranged, with Old Mutual sending a nurse to me. After numerous calls and emails with no feedback I have decided to cancel this policy. I have been trying to do this for over 3 weeks now. No one replies to my emails. However, when requesting a call back for a new policy, that was actioned within 30 mins. Pathetic service. Should there be a claim, I wonder what the turnaround time will be then!
