Old Mutual does not release the TFSA.
Old Mutual is not releasing my TFSA. They are sitting on my investment. I struggle for months now to get it transferred. But their department is ignoring all mails. I am in contact with ***. Even they cannot get anything moving. Where do I have to turn to now? Can anyone help? Do I have to take expensive legal steps to access my very own hard earned money?
