OLD MUTUAL DOES NOT PAY OUT POLICIES

I have been struggling to get a policy paid out since 1 Feb 2020. First they did not give me adequate information, only telling me the police was ceded to FNB but not for what. After numerous telephone calls and emails, I finally found out what this policy was ceded for. FNB signed off on it, as Old Mutual required, yet NOTHING HAPPENED. Do NOT expect your policy to be paid out as promised. They DO NOT communicate with you and DO NOT PAY OUT if you do not complain.
