OLD MUTUAL DOES NOT PAY OUT & HAS NO PROPER INFRASTRUCTURES IN PLACE WITH INCOMPETANT STFF.

I have since September 2020 sent in a claim, with all the relevant Docs, with my divorce decree saying Old Mutual has 60 days to pay me out. I have sent over 50 emails, phoned their call centre, which you wait to get through to someone up to an hour, and all I get told is that my claim is being processed. I am beyond frustrated, they are now in contempt of court as I have still not received my payment.I have tried emailing their complaints department and they do not answer my numerous emails. I am begging someone out their to help me. All you get from Old Mutual is call centre people who do not know and understand anything, and all they can say is it is being processed. The process centre does not take phone calls or emails. I8 just want help and advise on what further I can do. I WOULD NOT Recommend anybody to invest with them. The Company I work for has everything with Old Mutual and I am going to them with this complaint. My Ref No with Old Mutual is. [MSS***]
