Old Mutual does not pay out
Please do not make the same mistake I did and invest your money with Old Mutual. They are quick to take your premiums, but simply do not pay out. Being over 55 years, I requested pay-out of my retirement annuity in September 2022, and 7 months later I have still not received my funds. Their contact centre and complaints department are unhelpful and unresponsive.
