OLD MUTUAL DOES NOT KNOW WHAT GOING ON

Hi Old mutual is just ignoring me.. I asked for a premium relief on my life and then was told it was extended. In the interim my Ra has been stopped with a letter threatening to cancel as they cannot collect funds .however they are collecting my insurance from the same account so no extension. No one will call me back. No one will email me back .Its so scary to be dealing with this company who actually dont know what going on. The assistant to the broker replies and advises that she had no airtime but still not does address the problem. Can customer services call me. . Can I get a broker that interested .
