Old Mutual does not care and doesnt know what service is !

what a disgusting company with disgusting service if you can call it that, three system errors on their side and almost three months later and i still have not received my pension pay out, their consultants dont even speak properly on the phone as they work from home and it sounds like fish and chips shop business, they cant give me a straight answer on when i will get my money, ask for a manager to call you back and that never happens. they dont even care that i have a teo month old baby who needs milk they just dont care- this review wont even get answered either ! next stop im coming to your offices and i will show you something new !!
