Old Mutual does not care about their customers at all!!!!!

Old Mutual has double deducted on my premiums, I started engaging with them from the 26th February 2024, they gave me a reference number and said they will come back to me. They haven't yet, every time I call I get transferred from department to department without any help. The last person I spoke to said there's a double deduction because I didn't pay on October 2022 and August 2023! This premium is deducted directly from my salary, both those months have been paid! I'm tired of the run-around, I have several policies with Old Mutual so a double deduction means a set back of R 4 000.00. They don't care and each department claims the other one is supposed to assist! Old Mutual must sort this mess out!!!
